Does REMI make changes on its own?
No. REMI reads your data and gives recommendations. Your dispatchers make every decision. Actions like reassigning a driver will always need a person to confirm them.
Is our data safe?
Each company's data and conversations are kept separate, access requires a login, and REMI only uses your data to answer your team's questions.
What software does REMI work with?
REMI can connect to most dispatch and TMS systems through its API, and the REMI widget can be added to any web-based dashboard with one line of code. Tell us what you use and we'll walk you through it.
Do we need special equipment?
No. REMI runs in a web browser. For voice, any computer, tablet or phone with a microphone and speakers works. Chrome and Edge are recommended.
Can REMI be wrong?
Like any AI, it can make mistakes. That's why REMI shows the driver, truck and numbers it's relying on, says when the data doesn't cover something, and leaves decisions to your team.
